Moulding Machine

The ISM-B model, with the assistance of 4 polyamide rolling pins, gives a shape to dough it opens as pita bread in a desired height and thickness through a bearing. The measure of rolling pin can be variably changed between 0 and 30 mm. The dough can be shaped up to 420 mm thanks to the adjustable rolling pin group. The surfaces with which the dough contacts are made of stainless steel.
