Dough and Weighing Machine

The ISM-K model of Dough Cutting and Weighing Machine can cut the dough in a desired basis weight without jamming and fraying it. All the surfaces with which the dough contacts are made of stainless steel. The piston cuts the dough with its gravity weight and vacuum which is formed via the cylindrical movement. The lubrication system runs automatically. All the surfaces are lubricated with the food-compliant lubricant.
