Dough Mellowing Machine

The ISM-D Dough Mellowing Machine can be manufactured in accordance with the demanded mellowing time. The frame, chassis, outer lids and suspension arms are made of stainless steel as per order. The removable plastic °ilters are used for cleaning. The meshes may carry 100 to 150 kg dough. The electric switchboard is mounted sideways so that the machine can be easily steered. There are plug sockets onto the switchboard to operate the cutting, rounding and shaping machines. The exit bands are mounted with a sliding mechanism for left and right exits.
